Is this legal? Are you giving me channels?
No. Steward is not a source of channels and never provides streams, subscriptions, or providers. It’s a safety layer for playlists you already have the right to manage: preview changes, get warned about missing entries, and roll back. You stay responsible for the legality of your own sources.
Are my playlist URLs and stream tokens safe?
Playlist and stream URLs can contain sensitive tokens, so the product is built to redact those values in normal output and reports. We don’t sell your data, and you should only add sources you have the right to use. (See our Privacy Policy.)
What if a bad update still slips through?
That’s exactly what snapshots and rollback are for. Every import is previewed first, and a recovery snapshot is saved before changes apply, so if something looks wrong you roll back to the last good version in one click. You’re also covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee.
What happens to my playlists if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted the moment you cancel. When your paid term ends, your account moves to Free Inspector, exports and private links pause, and the 30-day dashboard inactivity policy applies to your playlist workspace.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect after the prorated payment succeeds. Downgrades start at the next renewal. If you return to Free Inspector, paid output features pause and the Free workspace inactivity policy applies.
How do the billing options work?
Quarterly is the featured default. Annual is the best value. Monthly is available when you want the lowest commitment.
What counts as a source?
A source is a playlist document you are authorized to maintain. Free Inspector supports one playlist, Starter supports three, Studio supports ten, and Operator supports twenty.
What counts as a monitored channel?
A monitored channel is one of your favorites. Steward checks it every day to see whether it opens, starts normally, has picture and sound, freezes, or is mislabeled. Free Inspector includes 5, Starter includes 25, Studio includes 100, and Operator includes 250.
