Accepting these terms

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using Steward, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.

You must be legally able to enter into a contract and provide accurate account and billing information.

Service description

Steward is a playlist-management and change-preview tool for M3U-style playlists and related metadata.

The service helps users import, edit, preview, snapshot, roll back, and export playlist data that they are legally allowed to manage.

No content or provider service

Steward does not provide channels, streams, IPTV subscriptions, IPTV providers, media, EPG rights, or instructions for obtaining them.

You are responsible for ensuring that your playlists, sources, credentials, metadata, and outputs are lawful and authorized.

Advertising and intellectual property

Steward advertisements promote only the independent playlist-management software service described on this website. They do not advertise or offer channels, streams, media subscriptions, copyrighted broadcasts, or access to third-party content.

Steward is not affiliated with or endorsed by any broadcaster, sports league, rightsholder, media company, or IPTV provider. We use advertising text, graphics, logos, and other creative only when we own them or have permission to use them.

Prohibited uses

• Using Steward to infringe copyrights or other rights.
• Using the product to sell, share, publish, or distribute unauthorized access to media.
• Attempting to bypass DRM, tokens, passwords, geo-restrictions, login limits, or other access controls.
• Submitting content, source URLs, or support requests that ask us to help find or configure unauthorized providers.
• Abusing the service, probing private networks, interfering with other users, or violating applicable law.

Accounts and data

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy, security, and legality of information you submit.

You retain your rights in playlist data and other content you submit. You give Steward permission to process that data only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

Plan prices, features, taxes, and billing intervals are shown before purchase. Paid plans are billed in advance and subscriptions renew at the selected interval until canceled.

Cancel before the next renewal through any available account billing controls or by emailing hello@choosesteward.com. Cancellation stops future renewals, and paid access ordinarily continues through the end of the current billing period.

Any plan change, prorated amount, or one-time service charge will be shown before you confirm it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access when use appears unlawful, abusive, risky to the service, or outside these terms.

You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations and limits on misuse, will continue to apply.

Service availability

Features may change as the service improves, and access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, or events outside our control. Keep appropriate backups and review change previews before relying on exported data.

The service is provided without guarantees that it will prevent every playlist mistake, recover every prior state, or remain compatible with every source format.
